Today Facebook has just announced releasing a new update for Facebook native app to support Apple’s latest firmwares and of course the iPhone 5. We all know that Facebook fully re-written their app to make it much more faster than before as users have been complaining about some problems in the Facebook app. It goes without saying that we’re positively shocked to see Zuck & Co. just push out a timely update to Facebook’s official iOS client.
Right now Facebook released a new version of the app and it supports iOS 6 and iPhone 5 comes with some great features like what was noted at the app description “Faster Than Before”.
Also from the previous version: performance tweaks, bug fixes, faster access to notifications and a new banner that you can tap to quickly see more stories without having to manually refresh.

We have tried Facebook v.5.0.1 on our iPhone running on iOS 6 and I am really telling you that it is working so great, I feel the speed of the app, no errors to report.. So what are you waiting for ? If you use Android, Facebook announced that its Messenger for Android app was updated today with a revamped conversation view and the ability to send text messaging on certain HTC, Samsung and LG phones.
